The changes I made are:
  • I made this twice, it was so good. Once I had it in a whole wheat pita pocket. The second time I had it just as a salad on top of a big bowl of mixed greens. It’s a great carrier for your favorite spices or hot sauces too, if you want a little kick or some variety (in case you find this becomes a staple for you like it has for me).
