New formats coming soon!
Due to overwhelming interest, we’ll be starting two new formats in September instead of waiting until October.
1 in 3 women will experience some form of pelvic dysfunction in her life; anything from pain and varying degrees of incontinence to uterine or bladder prolapse. Pelvicore is designed to improve pelvic floor and whole core strength, as well as pelvic girdle mobility. By improving these biomechanics, we can significantly decrease symptoms of pelvic dysfunction, as well as improve balance deficits and levels of pain in the lower back, hips, and knees.
- This is a no-to-very-low sweat format!
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 12:15-12:45pm, Goleta Valley Community Center, 5679 Hollister Ave
- 4 weeks (12 classes) is $75, single classes are $8
- The Pelvicore Pro we use in class needs to be purchased prior to beginning and is $40. You may want to bring a yoga mat, though I have a limited supply of communal mats.
- Enroll in the September Pelvicore Balance session or individual classes, and get $10 off the purchase of your Pelvicore Pro. Use code “10off” at checkout.
Roll out your kinks and knots! Foam Rolling is a self-myofascial release technique, a fancy term for self massage and stretching. I’ll guide you through a full body session that will leave you feeling relaxed and restored.
- This is a no-to-very-low sweat format!
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:15-12:45pm, Goleta Valley Community Center, 5679 Hollister Ave
- 4 weeks (8 classes) is $50, single classes are $8
- Bring your own foam roller and a tennis ball. I strongly suggest the Rollga, an anatomically designed roller, which I sell for $25 for silver (soft – beginners and those who bruise easily) or $30 for blue (firm – experienced rollers only). I also strongly suggest bringing a yoga mat, though I have a limited supply of communal mats.
- Enroll in the initial September session or individual classes AND buy a Rollga foam roller from me, and get a Rollga Foot and Hand Therapy Ball Kit ($12 value) for FREE! Use these balls in leiu of a tennis ball in class. No code needed.
